When you buy something from www.personaclothing.co.uk (the "Website"), you will have the option to select the type of delivery you would like, being either:

Standard first class delivery; or

Tracked and signed for delivery.
Regardless of which type of delivery you select, your purchase will be dispatched within 24 hours. The expected costs and delivery times under each option are:
Standard first class delivery:
UK:

Polo t-shirts - £3.95.
EU (European Union), Non-EU European country or Other:

Socks (4 or less) - £5; or

Polo t-shirts - £5.
The expected delivery times under standard first class delivery are:

UK - 1 business day;

EU (European Union) - 1 week;

Non-EU European country - 2 weeks;

Other - 2 to 3 weeks.
Tracked and signed for standard first class delivery:
UK:

Socks (4 or less) - £2.95; or

Polo t-shirts - £4.95.
EU (European Union), Non-EU European country or Other:

Socks (4 or less) - £10; or

Polo t-shirts - £10.
The expected delivery times under tracked and signed first class delivery are:

UK - 1 business day;

EU (European Union) - 1 week;

Non-EU European country - 2 weeks;

Other - 2 to 3 weeks.
Under the the tracked and signed for first class delivery option, you will be able to track your parcel and should it be delayed in arriving to you, we will be able to track its whereabouts. Under the standard first class delivery option, this will not be possible. To ensure safe receipt of an item, we would recommend selecting the tracked and signed for delivery option.
