Returns policy

Sometimes, things don't quite fit your Persona, we get it. Our colourful socks aren't to everyone's taste.

Should you buy something from (the "Website") and find that it's not quite for you, we are able to offer you a full refund if you return the item within 14 days of your purchase. We aim to process refund payments within 14 days of receiving your item back.

In order to refund item, it must be in its original condition. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags.

Items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please obtain a proof of postage to ensure you can track it down should it get lost. Until we have received and inspected the item, we are unable to process a refund.

If you try to refund an item to us after 14 days of your purchase, then we will be unable to accept it and process a refund per our policy. If you think that due to postage, we may receive the item after 14 days from your original purchase, please email us at and inform us of your intention to refund an item and we will accept this as intention to refund an item and will process the refund when item is received by us.
